• Buildably: Layer for higher intensity. Focus on cheek peaks for a "floating" effect. 
• Blend Edges:

• Baking Technique (Under-Eye/High Points)
• After Concealer:
• Apply liquid concealer under eyes/inner corners. 
• Bake:

• Dust Off:
